What is a Hiab?

A HIAB is a truck mounted crane, which means you get all of the transport, lifting and carrying services you need in one vehicle.

You can rest assured that the driver will also be a trained lifting operator. He will arrive at the site and make an assessment to determine your needs, taking any potential risks into account and suggesting alternatives if required.

    All of our drivers and staff are suitably trained and qualified, so you are taken care of expertly at all times. We have also have many years of experience and are a family run business.

    Mounted behind the cabin, these Hiab cranes fold away without compromising the 8.1 x 2.5m cargo bed (26.5 x 8 feet). Then, when we arrive at your site, the crane unfurls up to 9.5m (31 feet), giving our truck rental a new dimension of versatility.

    The 18 tonne truck carries 6.5 tonnes and measures 6.8 x 2.5 MT. It can lift 4 tonnes and has an 8 metre reach.
